Viniculture has a long tradition in Croatia. It dates back to the Bronze Age and the times of ancient Illyrians, and wine culture is today part of the traditional way of life. Each vintage differs from that of the past and the future so that wines from different harvests require different approaches. Depending on the type of wine, we combine inox and wood of different ages. By using modern techniques, knowledge and tradition, we have created wines full of fine aromas and exceptional flavors.

Žlahtina

Quality dry white wine, golden-yellow-greenish color. It has a special charm and freshness. It is the autochthonous sort of the Croatian region of Primorje. Delicious and cared for by the generations of Vinodol winemakers, today it is the pride of Pavlomir vineyards. This wine is best served with sheep cheese, all kinds of fish and sea specialties, especially oysters, and white meat dishes.

Quality wine of exceptional bouquet, intense ruby-red color with a purple transition, will make you stay eternally in love with the delicious gifts of the wine-rich Pavlomir valley. It has a delightful and very pronounced scent that can remind you of black currant. The taste is full, dry and extremely harmonious, which makes it distinguishing. It adapts well to dark meat, strengthens game dishes, mushrooms and aromatic cheeses.

Ružica Vinodola

Rosé

A quality rosé wine, a very beautiful dark pink color and fruity aroma. Produced from the Cabernet Sauvignon variety, the name is derived from the legend connected to the vineyards of the Vinodol valley. Ideal wine for summer months. It goes well with a range of light meals and Mediterranean cuisine such as rice or seafood pasta.

Graševina

HIGH QUALITY WINE

TYPE: dry white wine
SORT: Grace
ALC: 12,5%
VOLUME: 0.75 L and 1 L

The wine is straw yellow in color with a golden nuance. The nose is dominated by honey notes accompanied by aromas of melon, lemon peel, ripe peaches and apples and dried chamomile. It is full on the palate with a great balance between pleasant freshness and alcohol. It seems soft and juicy, almost salty in the finish.

Muškat Žuti

Pronounced nutmeg aroma, full and powerful body. It is produced by dehydrating berries and in small quantities. It best goes with various desserts or on its own at the end of a meal. Serving temperature 12^oC.

Žlahtina Grand Cru

At first sight it has a more intense straw-yellow colour, an open, rich fruity aroma with citrus notes such as orange, tangerine and grapefruit, accompanied by aromas of peach, apple, acacia flower and a light herbal note. It is soft on the palate with an extract of ripe acids. Fruitiness is mirrored in the aftertaste with a hint of almond. The taste is persistent with a pleasantly bitter finish.

The wine is deep ruby in colour with garnet reflections on the edge of the disc. The nose is subtle and the fragrances of tobacco, cedar, black tea and sweet spices slowly unfold. Fruity aromas of blackberries and berries and a slight balsamic note emerge in the secondary notes. It has an elegant body, ripe tannins with a fine grain. On the palate it is very juicy and fleshy, showing a great balance between freshness and alcohol and a long shelf life.

The wine has an extremely deep ruby colour with a purple glow and a discreet aroma of blackcurrants, blueberries and notes of violets. The second nose reveals intense aromas of smoke, leather, fine wood and spices such as cloves and black pepper. It has pronounced freshness, fine grainy tannins and perfectly proportioned wood. The fruitiness that returns in the aftertaste is very harmonious.

Chardonnay Barrique

VOLUME: 0.75 L

This wine has a deep golden yellow colour with elements of amber. It is rich and ripe on the nose with aromas of fine wood, oriental spices, orange peel, melon and caramel imbued with nutty notes. It has a multi-layered taste, fuller body and creamy texture. Alcohols are warming, while the freshness matches the full structure very well and gives the wine liveliness. Notes of ripe exotic fruit and fine wood are reflected, and durability is pronounced.
